Every year Geological Survey of India (GSI) formulates its Annual Program after interacting closely with the different committees like seven Central Geological Programming Board (CGPB) sub committees, State Geological Programming Board (SGPB) and advisory board of allied organizations, Undertakings and after taking into account the national geoscientific requirements. The objectives of the program are fulfilled through Field Season Projects of different Regions,Wings and Divisions of the Survey.
